Police report indicates Arbery didn't want to talk
the first time they cut him off with their struck,..
So they persued him further, cut him off again,
but this time Travis took a more aggressive
approach and actually got out of the truck and
brought with him a shotgun.
In JoeBobs mind Travis only wanted a friendly
neighborhood watch chat... but any reasonable
person might perceived such behavior differently.
