GA § 16-5-41 - False imprisonment = felony.

Kill someone during the action of a felony
and one is up for Felony Murder. (§ 16-5-1)
Felony murder is a legal statute that expands
the definition of murder and GA law does not
take into consideration whether the death
was intentional or accidental... Which means;
The defendant is liable for the death either way.
