The press didn't write to Capt. T. Jump In Feb. calling it
a citizens arrest, DA Barnhill did that.
To our knowledge the McMichaels didn't dispute it,
if anything Mic Snr own statement corroborates.
Mic Snr wasnt happy with just implicating himself
his son and Bryan (the filmer) in his statement to
police, he wanted the world to see the actual evidence.
He didn't know any better, despite having worked as an
investigator in the DA office for some decades.
