You sure are a sore loser... just sayin'...

We had "Tag Quesadillas" last night. Delicious. I butchered my own Tags this year so I have packets of Tag set up just how I like it. I marinated chunks of Tag for two days in Newman's Lime and Mesquite marinade, along with some extra cumin, chipolte chile powder, garlic slivers, and so on. I cooked the chunks of Tag on the BBQ, cut them up thin, and put them on tortillas with cheese, avacado slices, sour cream, and salsa and a little chopped cilantro. A tortilla on the bottom, one on the top (wet them down first so they don't get crispy) and wow, delicious and fast and easy.

I know you probably don't eat much Tag up there in the land of easy hunting, so I thought I'd share this recipe with you in the spirit of brotherly love, peace and goodwill, and all that.
