2700 fps with RL15. That's the important part. My manuals show speeds in the 2500's somewhere with max loads of the stuff. From a 26" pressure barrel, no less.

Whether or not 2700 fps is do-able in general, I don't know.

Whether it's doable with RL15 and a very looooong bullet (over 1.4") without going WAY over book max and single loading the rounds due to length issues, well, I have my doubts. I suspect not.

But we still don't know, because TryMe got awfully cagey about it, then fuggin' LEFT, when pressed to post his load. And then a bunch of you guys got truly juvenile trying to hide the fact that your hero had gotten confronted with reality, and chickened out and split.
