One thing you may consider- Larry is probably the only person on this forum as far as I know who would even notice details like flash holes being punched off center or leaving burrs or tear out.

I'm not the most detail focused handloader out there but I certainly notice (and toss) brass that has visibly off-center or torn flash holes. There no sense wasting time with bad brass.
