Derek. I really have no dog in this fight. However, I have a bit of perspective. Your company has gotten pretty great reviews overall, I have done a bit of research and the reviews are very good for the most part. Letting one guy "stick" get you so upset and on the defense is not helping your cause. Move on, don't you have some flash holes to blow on.
