Well, yes. But they'll need to pass "the test":

1) Place gun in vise and secure.
2) Place one hand on the scope objective, the other hand on the ocular.
3) Gently apply force to the scope in a rocking fashion.

If you can move the scope to and fro, it is a legit WI setup.
