Wondering if a new tube/actionbar could convert my old 760 to 7600 forend

The fore end (wood handle) will (should) interchange. Maybe not, I think so.
EDIT -- > it's 7;07 AM, Monday, I remembered 'some
OLDER' 760s had a tube 'thru' the fore end handle.
It depends on how OLD your 760 is.
