I find those that talk about elites are living a long ways from the cities. Canada is still small population wise. It's good chance if you grew up in middle class, scrapping by to go to university on student loans , you knew some of these players personally. Elite my.... I could buy hot water for 3 cents and bring a tea bag from home.That was my coffee break at SFU. The middle class was a lot larger in those days and made up of a lot that are now working class. BTW I looked at where that was going and got a trade. And did better than a university prof.
