An interesting note is that the judge made it clear that we are a peaceful protest. This puts us under our charter rights umbrella of peaceful protest.

All of you are 100% within your legal rights.
If they move on you, it will be against your God given right to free speech established in your charter. And even if it wasn't in your charter, all people have a right to their God given born inalienable human rights to life, liberty, pursuit of happiness.
These communists will most likely make a stupid violent move, because like all past history, tyrants/Communists never give back freedoms they take.
