It would be so easy to gum up a crossing. Just have trucks show up with either wrong, incomplete or rejected paperwork. Anything that requires them to be pulled aside. The space to pull trucks aside is VERY limited, and they can’t let them through. It would take less than an hour and 20 trucks. They can reject the truck and send it back to the US, but that takes an escort vehicle.
