In the 80s I did a lot of work in Bullhead and Laughlin, there were huge stripers in the Colorado river below Mojave lake, the sporting goods store in Bullhead had 60+ lb mounts on the walls, I drooled over them. Biggest I caught from the shore was maybe 4lbs and some bigger cats. Had some huge fish that just broke me off, probably cats.
