That is funny! When I was still running the Helitack crew we had "Pedro" the garden gnome that went everywhere across the country with us. We took pictures of his travels throughout the year from South Texas to Northern MT and ID and many places in between. The "FNG's" had to carry it in their line gear to their first fire. It was made out of concrete and it was heavy too. Good memories from my "youth".
