Some city slickin sombitches Mrs slumlord sold a house to wanted it gone because termites were eating the cedar post and they were scared it was going fall and hurt someone. LOL

Old dinner bells and porch gliders are highly sought after around here. We had people banging on our door wanting to buy our rusty old porch glider. We got paranoid that somebody would steal the damn thing off the front porch and moved it.
