That area around Loomis and the Similkameen is beautiful country. I’ve caught some nice fish in Palmer as well as some of the smaller lakes dotting the area. I was friends with the old rancher that owned a big part of the valley below Tiffany and we’d help him on horseback during roundup or pasture change …in return he allowed us the privilege of hunting his place.
Ya cool country, fil has a place up there, my uncle Dick has had family up there for years. Amazing country for sure!
Still wild country back up there. If I was looking for something in Washington and I could go anywhere that area would be at the top of the list.
Are you guys dealing with wolves up there?….I’d imagine you have been for quite sometime now.
No wolves spotted, rumors of some big coyotes goin around though.
