Typical pudgy sissy boy that got a civil service job. His attitude is common among his ilk. I've worked around quite a few of 'em.
Now he can make snide insults to men he feels inferior to. Men whose boots he isn't fit to untie.

Of course it was. That is how I became familiar with that attitude. Buzz's attitude is not unusual especially in the federal civil service. Lot of good men work there but the worst seem to move around and move up the most.
Think about it. If someone like him applied for a transfer to a higher position and you were his boss you would say "thank God" and give him a glowing recommendation. We have had some real ash-holes in the USFS transfer in as Assistant Ranger or whatever the 2nd in command position is in a USFS district, often from the west coast where they wore out their welcome.
Civil service is a good thing but there are downsides.
Ya reckon Buzz ever sued his employer?
Being a worthless Civil Service type like some others did.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to win a defamation lawsuit in Louisiana?
You have to prove not only intent but also malice, you have to prove falsity (try proving a negative sometime), you also have to prove damages (try that ), you have to prove an unprivileged publication to a third party, and then you have to prove who put the offender up to what he did.
And when you win it is appealed all the way to the state supreme court.
We won every step of the way.
Buzz is probably just a bureaucrat but I will give him credit, he seems to know how to milk the system.
