Haven't started on the deer here. Besides being illegal in this State, I'm not fond all the deer hanging out 3 miles up the road where some lady feeds them.........15 yards from the road.! Friggen things always popping out of the ditch there in front of folks' cars.

The ones around the house here have plenty of other stuff to eat though, so no need to feed them. Like the wild lettuce that grows over the drain field lines:

I feed the birds though, which is legal. (wildlife not legal, birds legal, makes sense, eh???) and this morning I must have had over 60 pinyon jays after the scratch I put out for them and the quail. And the invasive doves which I consider the emergency food supply if and when needed.
