However, we did have fun with the pix. The first pix is at one of my bud's "close feeder".
He usually starts drinking beer about 7 in the AM and after he gets out of the stand has bloody mary's etc.
We give him grief about never shooting anything because he is always asleep in his stand.
We doctored this photo and told him he was asleep on opening morning at 8:30 when this Kudu bull came to his close feeder (75 yds.). He was absolutely sick.
We did not tell him that we were fcuking with him until opening weekend the next year.

Kinda a side story. Passed out in the stand you saying triggered it.
About 4 yrs ago I was hunting in 12HC. Wanted to get down to the back side of a black walnut grove by a pine area and just hunt that transistion zone. Lots of heavy night trails thru the walnuts coming from a corn field to the pine thickets.
Got about 125 yds in. Older guy about 75 or 80 up in a tree stand. No orange on. Head all cocked one shoulder rolled back against the tree. I was about 15yds away. Thought dude was dead. Looking for any chest rise on him from breathing for like 2 or 3 mins. Trying to see if his nostrils were flaring. Got bulky hunting clothes on so couldnt really tell. Dudes gun is down on foot board behind his feet. Looks dead as fried chicken to me from here.
I'm like fuuuk..... This cat came out here to die in the woods hunting. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ This really fuuuks up my hunt now ...
I smoked a cigarette thinking what to do. Go hunt and leave his corpse azz 20 ish ft up in tree? Someone will find him. I cant get him out of that tree anyways. Call the hunting unit and hand guide them to deal with this.
