Mrs Slumlord does a little bit of rock, block and tile work for herself and our rental stuff. Amongst being in the health care field.


First time Renegade50 came over to the house, she was on the side of the house about 10pm with a pick and shovel in car headlights.

Dude was like wtf, yall burying a body out back??? 🤣🤣

She dug the footings, poured the footings-wheelbarrow, 20-30 bags of sakrete, laid block/brick.

Me and bud and her frame it 8x8. I tied the roofline into our new just done main roof.
She tied off of her drain lines, supplies, ran two 40- gal water heaters tandem, cut in all of her shower controls. Laid all of that sleuter barrier chit under the tile floor. And she custom cut wet saw all of the patterns over several weeks

Ya know…got to have a dentistry worky job in the day. Lay tile till 2-3 AM. Turn/burn and go back to work 7Am

You want to accomplish anything in this world…that’s how ya got to beat em Butch



Only other thing I did was was her electrical, cedar ceiling and I did that window for her.
