14" barrel on that TC Contender, so it's tons louder than a levergun ! had to turn up the death metal in the truck on the way out, to tune out the ringing ! It worked !

had my 338 Skuldryl with me but chose not to shoot it without earpro, muzzle brake & 100 gr of RL33 can be pretty loud !

Winter caribou opens up Thursday the 27th, wide open country & shots can be longish ... the 338 Skuldryl is only good out to 1 mile, maybe 2k, so I'll have to get closer I guess ....
