bench @ bodyweight
squats @ bodyweight
pull-ups

three (or four- it's just a blur now :)) sets in I didn't know if I was going to make it or not

I'm going to setup a similar workout for deadlifts/overhead press

Work weight room: Deadlifts and BB bench

C2Rower at home: 30minutes in AM and 30 in PM
