I beleive the Bf109's portrayed are the "G" model. There is no diagonal brace for the horizontal tail section.
And rounded wingtips and tails makes them an F or a G but the telltale on the Gustav is the bumps on the cowl. Galland hoods could be fitted on either. Back in the day I could have likely told you the mark too.
