Lost a chunk of the LR finger some years ago. Left with 9.3 digits. I find it useful, not a handicap. If sober I can do some fair odd calculations with my phalanges now and again. Took me 1.21 seconds to calculate Lee's IQ for example, and I still had several whole fingers left over.
Made a girl think I was scratching my brain through my nose once. Somehow, it forever flavored the relationship.
