I won't get into the middle of Lee's problems or truths and falsehoods. I can tell you for a Fact, that Sgt. Carlos Hathcocks model 70 Winchester was sure as HELL EXISTS, NO 2-MOA rifle!!! You don't smack targets 800 yards and further down range with a 2-MOA rifle period. Just my 2cents worth and I did see some Remington .300 Winchester magnums one day at the Army's range while at Fort Benning GA. These rifles had no brand name on them only marked .300 Win mag. I knew right off, they were Remington push feed actions. The year was 1968!!!
