There's way too much fake in a lot of these ta-tas. I can see a gal having a boost but it seems like most are ridiculous.

A doctor friend of mine says the best (and most expensive!) boob jobs that leave you wondering if the woman had anything done or not. Not much doubt about many of these... although I would be happy to volunteer my services sorting them out.
