Good to see you back. I was recently at the Grand Canyon myself. I do this mini marathon/biathlon/triathlon combo quite frequently. I hop on my road bicylce, a short peddle to the Canyon from my house, run to the bottom, swim the river, run up the other side, set up a taget, back across, do a little long range taget practice (iron sights only) (of course) pick up my target and back home for dinner. If you caught a blurr out the corner of your eye it was probably me.
I usually grab a fish or two for dinner in the river also.
