What I'm gonna do is lay out a fillet on a cookie sheet with some foil under it. Cover it with a finely sliced bed of green/yellow/red peppers, onions and carrots, then pour some of Ken's Northern Italian dressing on top. I'll cover that with more foil, bake at 350* for about 30 minutes depending on portion size, then peel off the top foil and broil for about 5-7 minutes.
Y'all wouldn't like it....ain't red meat. Just sayin'....
