Hit the weights Saturday - squats, press, deads, BB curls, LTEs then a 2 hour walk with my boys looking for sheds - good day
Monday - stretches, push-ups, 60 min on bike
Tuesday - stretches, push-ups, yoga in AM, squats, bench, PCs, dips in PM
Wednesday - stretches, push-ups, 60 min bike

Feels like I'm turning the corner on this where I'm not sore and totally whooped by early evening.
