Romanian dead lift: 6 sets, 5-8 reps and add on weight to 1 grunter at 195 pounds
Curls::8x10 80 pounds
Standing press: 8x10 80 pounds
Overhead Lat pull downs: 4x10 80 pounds
Some overhead back pull down machine: 4x10 with plus weights...ended at 100 pounds
BP: 3x9 150 pounds
