Do you guys shoot to stay in “good” shape all year or stay in “ok” shape and ramp it up 3-4 months ahead of season?
I’m a 3-4x’s a week gym guy most of the year and ramp it up to 5-6x’s a week 2-3 months out.


Tell me the odds of putting grease on the same pancake? I Know they are there, well ice and house slippers. -Kawi
