evidence can lead to certain facts,
but such facts do not necessarily
amount to proof that events took place
as some suggest.

(In Law terms) , Proof = confirmation of fact
by use of evidence.

You can have evidence and established fact
but still no conclusive Proof.







I doubt you actually know any more about the "Law" than you do of anything else.
