That Copenhagen was a bear to fight for me. Quit 15 some odd years ago and damn glad I did. If nothing else its an outrageously expensive way to eat at your teeth and gums.


Had the time and hit it hard yesterday. Started out the day taking the dogs for a walk. After that I had a long stretch and warm-up session then a hodge podge of full body exercises with minimal down time between them. After I cooled down I took the dogs for another long walk.
