Friday an hour on trails with Onyx. Snow still knee deep in places but the good news is I didn't need MicroSpikes. Saturday 6.5 miles in the Big Belts with the wife and the black labs, mud, snow and dry trail. Another two miles with Gunr. Sunday 6 miles on trails with the wife & the border collies. Quite a bit of bare trail, some mud and snow. Monday off Tuesday an hour on trail with Onyx. The climb up the ridge was mostly bare with quite a bit of mud. The luge run down was scary without MicroSpikes. I'm thinking that I should have MicroSpikes at least with me until August this year.
