Haven't posted in a while. Training in the morning rather than at lunch due to schedule. Last month I've changed things around a bit to take it easy on a few joints and let some body parts heal up a bit. Taken a month off from olympic lifting and total body circuits and broke the lifting down to body parts. Today was legs/core...still doing circuits.

15 min warm up on elliptical.

Power lifting/low bar squats
1 legged stiff legged deadlift (db's)
Ab roller
Reverse Hyper
Calf Raise
1 min forward sprint on elliptical
1 min reverse sprint on elliptical
- 4 rounds, no rest between exercises or rounds - did several warm up circuits with lighter/no weight working up.
