None win the race. All we get to do is run it. The hour average is supposed to be my age max.

When i was younger it would hit 210-220 and the Docs back then didn't believe it until they were shown. The 176 was the next to last hard minute. Not bragging, but I had more to give. It is what it is, and if I work hard that is were it goes.

However, here is the good....

1minute recovery rate: 30 BPM
2 minute recovery rate from the 176max: 62 BPM

Thanks for the concern, but at the last check-up the Doc, a runner, said keep doing what you are doing and as long as the recovery BPM is good then I have little reason to tell you to not push it.
