Mike- Cyn and I hit Backcountry Outfitters today and snagged her a Western Mountaineering 10F bag. Seems sweet! She looked at the WM 20F bag, and also quilts, but she sleeps cold and this is hopefully "the bag" for the next couple decades so I convinced her to go with the 10F bag even though it's several ounces heavier. I think that’s a great choice; Marmot made (maybe still does) women specific bags within the same model line- their women’ bags were obviously a little shorter, BUT they had more ounces of fill than the larger men’s bag. Bottom line, women tend to sleep a little cooler than men and should be taken into consideration.
