......near the top of the trail you veer off to the east up to Windy Pass and on to Elkhorn Peak-> cross country to Crow Peak-> follow the ridge line to the east for about a mile and then angle down- it’ll put you on a old forest service road above Leslie Lake, follow that road most of the way down Queens Gulch- there’s a cut off road to the west that will deposit you back to Elkhorn ....
This reminds me of every time I've asked for directions in southern Louisiana. Except there are no ridges, passes, or peaks down there.
