I eat a lot- combo of high metabolism and cranking out a lot of miles. I eat little to no sweets, little to no crap snacks, little to no refined/processed stuff (instead brown rice, whole wheat pasta, quinoa, beans, etc), lots of lean meats, lots of fruits/veggies, dairy and eggs and IPA laugh

I’ll eat stuff like pizza and cheese burgers/fries guilt free, don’t eat it a lot, but enjoy it when I do.
