Japan has agreed to form a Pacific Defense Alliance similar to that of and modeled after NATO with America and Pacific Rim nations as well as South Pacific nations.
Japan has increased their military spending by 200%.
And in 20 years they will have to start a war, killing millions, to "dispose" of the surplus arms.
