BS, had Ukraine not fallen for the U.S. and NATO's BS talk (as so many other nations have found out) in the 1994 trilateral agreement and the resulting security assurances (Link) Ukraine would be the 3rd largest nuclear nation in the world. Ukraine fell for it hook, line, and sinker... The only mistake was Obama and NATO didn't come through in 2014, and the main reason for that was Bushes' fake war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Biden has it 100% right, but isn't going far enough...
