Today’s Russia is a very different country from the one it was in 1939. Since the fall of the USSR it has come a long way. It’s a shame we have kept attacking them at every opportunity.
I think so too. Russia is certainly no worse than a lot of countries we deal with. And Russia has made overtures of peace and cooperation for decades now including overtures by Putin himself.
I would think Russia has done us less dirty work than either China or Mexico. And I cannot see our interest in Ukraine.
Putin has certainly made some overtures bombing strictly civilian targets.
Putin is no more than just another Tsar, president for life type of leader that he’s installed himself as that’s part of a long line of Russian Tsars and dictators.
Nothing has changed in Russia just as nothing has changed in China. For both nations it’s business and politics as usual.
