They’ve already won by the standard Ukraine itself set. Russia is never giving any of that land back, much less Crimea. At some point, everyone loses interest and Ukraine finishes up collapsing. Russia takes what it wants elsewhere as well.
In the end you’ll have Russia to the Dnieper. A small Ukrainian rump state. And Poland takes most of the west. That’s the inevitable end to this and always has been.
Yet you predicted Puty Boi would take the "whole country".
