"assure the survival and success of LIBERTY" And you are saying there is liberty to be defended in Ukraine? It is a nasty despotic country that has used our foreign aid money generously given to fund our very most corrupt U.S. politicians. It has installed a virtual dictatorship after a NATO coup. It made war on the ethnic Russians in the east of the country. It constantly provoked its neighbor at the behest of NATO. In cooperation with the west it put bio-weapons labs on Russia's border. It is imprisoning anyone in the country that expresses misgivings about the Zelensky government. Now it is sending press gangs around the country to force unwilling citizens into the army to be slaughtered.
Of course the U.S./NATO doesn't have any bloody sheet to wave around, they pushed Ukraine into corruption and war. Money talks and there has been plenty stolen.
