This war now resembles the Great War (WW1) . Ukraine doesn't have enough barrels or shells to break it open. A war of movement requires air superiority. Neither side has that.
Exactly right ^^^ If we were doing it, our air would pound those Bolsheviks for 30-40 days before ground troops went in.
The Russian general that was just sacked, said that the Ukrainian counter-battery fire has been deadly. Sounds like the Ukrainians are nibbling away at the Russian defenses.
