The Russian Ruble is still steadily gaining on the dollar and has been for a few weeks now. Might be a sign that those in the money exchanges have figured out Russia is going to win out in this dustup in Ukraine.
The exchange rates can tell you a lot about where things are headed.
Of course it could just be that the U.S. is losing value, which it should since we keep flooding the market.
