The UN Human Rights office and The International Criminal Court continue to build evidences of Russian war crimes.
The international Criminal Court has reiterated their arrest warrant for Putin as remaining until he is brought to justice. The Court further reminded member nations of their obligations under their agreements to arrest those with outstanding warrants.
