The Russian installed puppet mayor of Donetsk says that the use of Ukraine cluster bombs must stop as fires rage there.
Another cuckraine terror attack on a civilian area, as Russia now owns Donetsk, having taken it from cuckraine last year, as part of the 1/3 of the former cuckraine now called Russia.
There is no current military action in Donetsk, as it's so far behind Russian lines.
