tdoyka: Have you noticed the steady rise of the Russian Ruble lately? It is 93.65 to the dollar this morning and gaining. In comparison the Jap Yen is 150.36 to the dollar and down this morning. Does this equate to good news for Russia? May be just bad news for the U.S. and Japan.

Over a year ago the Ruble was at 139 to the dollar, so it has made a serious recovery.
