Former NATO Supreme Commander, Wesley Clark, says that the Ukraine has won a stunning victory over Russia and highlighted the weaknesses of the Russian military. He went on to say that Russia was highly over confident when the invasion first started but has since gained some semblance of humility being embarrassed by a country as small as Ukraine.
